frequently asked questions

Why does the product foam less?

Lets get to the basics of cleaning, we need a helping agent to lift off the stain, dirt, germs etc off the surface as they often do not dissolve in water. That cleaning agent may break the dirt, dislodge the dirt from surface or simply wash it away.  Bioenzymes are the main cleaning component that do the main job of breaking the dirt molecules, unlike surfactants they do not help dissolve them in water. Since most of the job in our formulation is done by bioenzymes, little or no surfactant action is needed to wash off the grime. We use raw himalayan soapnuts to give a foam boost to the formulation for a powerful formula. Since our reliance on foam for cleaning is less, the foam is mild but the cleaning action is a lot more powerful.

Why is the liquid brown?

Raw soapnuts impart a dark brown color to the liquid an indicative of a chemically unprocessed solution. We do not use soapnut extracts , or any form of chemical processing that is not driven towards our basic purpose of cleaning.
